Assignment 2 (Industry Talk 1)

The first industry talk was conducted online via Webex on 20 November 2025. The session introduced several important topics, including PPG, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, and SAP, which are widely used in the industry today. The talk was delivered by four speakers who shared their knowledge, experiences, and insights related to these fields, followed by a question-and-answer(Q&A) session that allowed students to clarify their understanding. This poster summarizes the key information presented by the speakers as well as important points discussed during the Q&A session in order to help strengthen students’ understanding of the topics. Through this assignment, I learned how to organize technical information effectively and present it visually in a clear and concise manner.

The industry talk helped me understand key concepts in Data Analytics, Infrastructure, and SAP. I learned how to summarize technical information into a visual format with creativity and well-planning, which improved my ability to present complex ideas concisely. For future talks, it would be useful to have more examples of different scope of case studies from real companies to show practical applications. For instance, providing a summary sheet after the session would also help students retain information better and a deeper understanding. In my opinion, creating the poster allowed me to practice visual communication and design skills. I learned that combining visuals and text effectively can make technical information easier to understand.
